"Tag You're It"


I made this card for the "Michelle Perkett Studio Blog Challenge No 46 which this week is "Tag you're it". I have used an image by Michelle called "Thomas" and colured it with Copic Ciao Pens. This image can be found over at Michelle's shop and includes the stack of books which I have printed several times and in a larger size on the right hand side of the card. Ribbon, card, paper and stars are all from my stash

Falling for Colours



I made this card for the new challenge over at Doodle DragonStudios Challeng Blog using an image by Dustin Pike "Monster no4" from the Aug 26 release collection and colured it using Copic Ciao pens. The challenge was to use Orange, REd and Brown to create a card or project. I have also used two Martha Stewart punches drippy goo and pine leaves (i think this is it's name) A new company making embossing folders in Oz is Craft Concepts and I used their folder drip drop on the brown background. Card , Jewels and paper are from my stash.

I made this card for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge MMSC#72 using a Priscilla Styles digi image Butterfly which I coloured using Copic Ciao pens and highlighted with a clear Jelly Roll pen.
The Card, paper, flower stamens, pearls, ribbon and lace are from my stash and the flowers are punched with 2 sizes of an ek success paper shapers punch

Crafter's Digital Art Centre Challenge No6


This card was made for the Holiday/Special Occasion Challenge #6 over at CDAC which is being hosted by "Paperface Designs" who aupplied the above image "Boot". It is coloured with Copic Ciao pens and highlighted with a clear Jelly Roll pen. The sentiment used is from Cuddly Buddly


This card was made for the Colour Challenge #6 over at CDAC whihc is being hosted by "McMahon Five Designs" and uses an image provided by them called "Sunset coloured" The sentiment is by "Raindrop Echo designs"


This card was made for the Sketch Challenge #6 over at CDAC which is being hosted by "Lauretta's Digital stamps using one of her images called "Gym Snowman". Unfortunately I forgot to look at what the sketch was and therefore I don't think this will join the challenge but thought I'd let everyone have a look at it anyway

Merry Christmas from Australia


I made this card to use as a family Christmas card to send overseas and also because the image "Aussie Outback Shack" drawn by Zoe at Make It Crafty is awesome and I have been wanting to colour it ever since I purchased it from her store. It took about 3 hours to colour as I am new to copic colouring and I wanted to get it almost right. The next one I colour will be a little darker on the shack. I am entering this in the Make it crafty Technique Challenge - their first ever challenge called "Make a scene". It was coloured with Copic Ciao pens , not sure which ones I used as I have put them all away now, will have to start writing them down as I use them.Why don't you check out the challenge they have good resources available to help you with your colouring and scene making

Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge No 71



I made this card for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #71 using a Dustin Pike (Doodle Dragon Studio) image from his August 27th deal collection called "CocoHOHO" and I coloured it with my Copic Ciao pens. The papers are from the Christmas Collection(2009) "A winter's Tale" from Docrafts. I have used the cuttlebug large snowflake punch and emboss set and the Marianne snowflake set No LR0125. The jewels are from my stash and the sentiment was left over from last year.

This card was made for the Bugaboo Stamps "Catch the Bug Challenge" which was called "A Stitch in Time" I have been wanting to use this image "Rubychoc" ever since I got it some time ago and have finally got round to using it for this challenge - my first Bugaboo challenge entry.It is coloured with Copic Ciao Pens and I have sewn strips of paper to a piece of red card for the background, this is a good way to use up your scraps. I made this card for the "Fancy Fold Challenge" over at Doodle Dragon Studio Challenge Blog. this is the first time I have entered a challenge on this site although I have bought quite a few of Dustin Pike's Characters which are gorgeous, you should check out his site.
I have used Dustin's "Carol Dragon" which I purchased in his August release set. Dustin also givers Freebies out every now and then.

"Make a scene"



This card was put together for this weeks Terrifically Thrilling Thursday Challenge over at Shelly's images. The challenge was to make a scene. I have used Shelly's image "In the doghouse", available here, and then some of her free images to make the scene - the grass, the clouds and the dog bowl all compliment this project. Paper and card from stash and sentiment (not sure where they came from). I have used the MS punch drippy goo (it is one of my favourite punches) and I had to use the paw off the cuttlebug cat die as I don't have the dog one
